I first met Erick Zink on line when I started to look for a possible new home in either North or South Carolina. I contacted Erick and told him my wife, Linda and her girlfriend would be in South Carolina in October of 2010 for a vacation. I advised him of areas we liked to live and the cost and type of home we would be interested in. Erick went to work and came up with homes and the areas we might be interested in. Linda called me after the first day to let me know that Erick was the perfect Realtor to work with. He was always smiling, listen to her ideas and very professional and courteous.
We came back in December,2011 for 3 1/2 months and Erick had already put together listings to look at in the areas we were interested in an our price range. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes and we started to getting frustrated, but Erick with the constant smile said the perfect home will be found and not to give up.
Well the perfect home was found in North Carolina and after going threw it a few times we put in a purchase offer and the offer was accepted. You would think that this would be our last dealing with Erick.
Erick handled all the walk thrus and kept me up to date on what the contractor had to correct since we were back in New York after April 2011 to put our house on the market. Our closing on our house in North Carolina was in May 2011 and Erick was still on the job to see that our new home would be perfect when the key was put into the front door.
Not only did he make sure everything was perfect for us, he took it upon himself to cut our lawn so it would be perfect when we arrived.
I have told all my friends about Erick and one has contacted him already about looking for a home.
Linda and I feel Erick is not only the perfect Realtor, but he has become a great friend who will never forget you even after the the sell.

                                Sandi and I would like to thank you for all your help and patience. We well know this was a very stressful ordeal for us as well as you. We would certainly recommend you to anyone wanting a realtor. We have in the past dealt with Remax on two other occasions. The first I swore I would never buy a Remax house if it were the last one. The realtor was telling us what we needed to buy, who we were going to bank with and etc. The second, they were working for us and I was not happy with the communications at all. There was none. I have to say you have renewed my faith in realtors. You are a testament in this deal to the dedication to see it to the end. Many times I know you as well as us thought it would be easy to just give up. But we did not and neither did you. I would tell anyone that if they want their realtor to lie to them do not use Erik. He is honest and will tell you the truth and is not afraid to hurt your feeling. If you’re going to be mad, at least be mad about the truth. I don’t expect to buy another house in the future. However, if we do we would definitely use Eric Zink. With him at least we know he will stick with us and always be truthful. Again Eric Thank You and I hope we have started a friendship and will talk in the future.
