Sandi and I would like to thank you for all your help and patience. We well know this was a very stressful ordeal for us as well as you. We would certainly recommend you to anyone wanting a realtor. We have in the past dealt with Remax on two other occasions. The first I swore I would never buy a Remax house if it were the last one. The realtor was telling us what we needed to buy, who we were going to bank with and etc. The second, they were working for us and I was not happy with the communications at all. There was none.
I have to say you have renewed my faith in realtors. You are a testament in this deal to the dedication to see it to the end. Many times I know you as well as us thought it would be easy to just give up. But we did not and neither did you. I would tell anyone that if they want their realtor to lie to them do not use Erik. He is honest and will tell you the truth and is not afraid to hurt your feeling. If you’re going to be mad, at least be mad about the truth.
I don’t expect to buy another house in the future. However, if we do we would definitely use Eric Zink. With him at least we know he will stick with us and always be truthful. Again Eric Thank You and I hope we have started a friendship and will talk in the future. May GOD always watch over you and your family.
